My little sew, strives to ensure your complete satisfaction with my handmade clothing. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our Returns and Refund Policy for detailed information about returning items and requesting a refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the item.
Custom-made or personalised items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at kmy-little-sew-and-so@hotmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the address to send your item back to.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return is received.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued under the following terms:
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days, using your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at my-little-sew-and-so@hotmail.com with the following:
Your order number.
Photos of the issue (if applicable).
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, once the issue is verified.
5. Exclusions
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Custom-made or personalised items (unless faulty).
Items returned after 14 days of receipt, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Exchange Policy
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
